This Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy outlines the conditions, procedures, and limitations for returning products purchased through https://gadgetsforpets.com/ ("Website"). By placing an order, you agree to the terms described here.
1. General Return Eligibility
We want you and your pet to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, eligible items may be returned under the following conditions:
• The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery
• The item is unused, unwashed, and undamaged
• The item is in its original packaging (where applicable)
• All accessories, manuals, and components are included
• The product’s condition allows for restocking and resale
Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or refunded at a reduced value.
2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless defective upon arrival:
• Grooming tools that have been opened or used
• Hygiene-related items (brushes, paw cleaners, mats, bedding, cleaning items, etc.)
• Consumable products
• Clearance or final-sale items
• Gift cards
• Digital products
• Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or lack of pet supervision
• Products with missing parts or altered condition
For hygiene and pet safety reasons, used or opened pet-care items cannot be returned under any circumstance.
3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide your order number
• Attach clear photos or videos showing the issue and packaging
• Do not discard the item until we confirm next steps
Depending on the issue, we may:
• Ship a replacement
• Issue a full or partial refund
• Provide store credit
• Request the return of the defective item (in rare cases)
Damage caused by improper use or lack of supervision is not considered a manufacturing defect.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

2. Include:

• Photos or videos if applicable
3. Wait for return authorization and instructions
4. Ship the item back using the address provided in our response
Returns sent without authorization may be delayed or rejected.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is defective or incorrect:
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• Shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable
• We do not provide prepaid return labels for voluntary returns
If a defect is confirmed:

8. Order Cancellations
8.1 Before Processing
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not entered processing.
8.2 After Processing
Once the order is being prepared or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

9. Items Returned to Sender (RTS)
